PKV Pro

Fully compliant with OIML Class IIII & Y(b), the PKV weighing system is an indispensable aid for drivers and operators working wheel loaders on site in applications such as quarries, sand and gravel pits and waste transfer stations.

The legal-for-trade PKV weighing system guarantees maximum operational efficiency and profitability, eliminating the need for expensive weighbridges with their fixed locations. It allows the operator to greatly improve profit margins by selling material by weight, rather than by cubic metre thus increasing production and removing any danger of overloading.

The PKV is an automatic weigh-on-the-move weighing instrument; accurate weighing is derived from the pressure of the fluid in the hydraulic lifting cylinder with the weight of each shovel load determined as it is lifted.

The total weight of the loaded truck is also simultaneously displayed even while the vehicle is moving, often on uneven ground. The PKV indicator has a large, graphic LCD display. The keypad consists of control, edit, function and operation keys. Both LCD display and keyboard are equipped with an adjustable back light to give maximum clarity in all light conditions. An audible signal alerts the driver to target weights and overload weights. The backup battery will maintain data even when the indicator is switched off.

PKV Pro 100

PKV weight indicators are versatile, easy to read instruments to suit a variety of operations in many industries worldwide. The PKV Pro 100 is a standard model with one internal memory block designed for hard use. The log memory has room for over 2000 completed weighings and a memory for hundreds of materials, customers and other truck related information. The memory set up is user friendly with the weight data stored either by the customer or by material type.

The PKV Pro 100 is capable of saving 1000 rolling receipts which can be printed in the cab by connecting to a docket printer, thermal tape printer or A5 form printer. It can be easily upgraded to the PKV Pro 200 or the PKV Pro 300.

PKV Pro 200

The PKV Pro 200 has 8 blocks of memory storing 3000 rolling receipts. Users can easily define all the memory blocks such as customer, material, truck, trailer, operator and so on. The expanded memory for storing data provides users with extensive reporting facilities. User defined editable receipting and reporting is simple to set-up. PKV Pro 200 is equipped with an overload alarm capability. Automatic search of the previous weighing data makes the PKV Pro the fastest scale available.

PKV Pro 300

PKV Pro 300 has all the main functions of PKV Pro 200 with the additional feature of a memory card. The weighing data is received or sent wireless by GSM, GPRS or the memory card directly to the office PC or order handling system for further processing. Data from the office based PC can be transferred back to the PKV Pro 300 via the same methods. PKV Pro 300 will produce invoices and reports straight from the cab or simultaneously at the user’s office as and when required, saving valuable time. The PKV Pro 300 can significantly increase efficiency.
