PM Onboard - Onboard Vehicle Weighing Systems

	Non-Executive Chairman Ken Jackson Aged 65, Ken has over thirty years experience as a director of a variety of companies. Within that he has substantial quoted company experience having been a director of Motorworld Group plc, Nightfreight plc, Ring plc and Carbo plc. He is currently a non-executive director of Kelda Group plc.
	Chief Executive Geoff Mountain Aged 47, Geoff co-founded PM Onboard Limited in 1985 and is responsible for running the Group's businesses and implementing the Group's strategy. He is also a director of a number of other private family companies.
	Finance Director David Hartley Aged 49, David joined KPMG in 1978 and was appointed a partner in 1992, advising on a wide variety of transactions including flotations, acquisitions, disposals and management buy-outs. His experience covers both private and publicly listed businesses. David joined the PM Group in March 2002 as part of the preparations for the flotation of the Group. He is also chairman of Bradley Industries Limited, a privately owned engineering business.
	Non-Executive Director Tom Nairn Aged 60, Tom has been a director of both private and listed manufacturing companies for over twenty years, with significant experience of overseas markets and international operations. He is an electrical engineer and has been chief executive of Dale Power Systems Limited and Bray Technologies plc. He is currently nonexecutive chairman of Munster Simms Engineering Limited.
